Bird census for Important Bird Areas

BCST has conducted bird census in several Important Bird Areas (IBA) including Khao Yai National Park and the Kaeng Krajan National Park as well as participating in bird census activities initiated by several local bird conservation groups such as the Inthanon birds census and the Krung Ching bird census.Information obtained this activity is very important for improving national bird population database. BCST will conduct the next bird census in Khao Yai National Park during September and the Asian Waterbird Census through the country in January.
